Shipping & Delivery

All of our furniture is hand made to order, in our workshops in Ironbridge, Shropshire. Delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 weeks. We will advise you of an approximate delivery date within a few days of receiving your order. We will contact you again once your order is ready for shipping, and arrange a delivery date that is convenient for you.

Beds and large items of furniture are usually delivered and installed by our own transport. Smaller items will be delivered using the Royal Mail. All delivery costs are clearly indicated during the check-out process. Many of our items, including all of our beds, include free UK Mainland delivery and installation. 

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be delighted with everything you purchase from Created in England.co.uk and Adrian Reynolds.

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with an item you have purchased from this web site, please notify us within 10 days of receipt and we will arrange for collection of the item and provide a full refund (excluding the cost of delivery/collection).
